CO28 - Order Information System

• call transaction CO28 - default -> Order header -> hit enter
• Key in Profile -> 000001 - Standard profile
• System Status -> CNF tick Excl. DLV tick Excl. (exclude production order with this 2 status)
• You can fill in other selection criteria such as Plant to filter away more data
• Finally, click execute and the result will be display.

CO26 - Order Information System Object List
If you want to display a tree structure of the production order. e.g.

Item

Components
xxx xxx xxx
Materials
xxx xxx xxx

• call transaction CO26 then click the Object button to select your desired tree data
• Key in Overall Profile -> 000000000001 - Standard profile
• System Status -> CNF tick Excl. DLV tick Excl. (exclude production order with this 2 status)
• You can fill in other selection criteria such as Plant to filter away more data
• Finally, hit enter and the result will be display.

If you need more system status, you can configure it using transaction code BS42 (4.6c). - Status Selection Schema. The field will be shown as Selection Profile Status.
